Born in Brianza, Italy, Tura developed a passion for design from an early age. He studied at the Brera Academy of Fine Arts in Milan, where he honed his skills in painting and sculpture.

In the 1930s, Tura established his own workshop in Lombardy, specializing in furniture production.
