About Leon Jallot

Leon Jallot (1884-1967) was a prominent French furniture designer and decorator known for his innovative approach to Art Deco design. He played a significant role in shaping the aesthetic of French decorative arts in the early 20th century.

Born in Paris in 1884, Jallot showed an early interest in design and craftsmanship. He studied at the prestigious Ecole Boulle, where he honed his skills in furniture making and interior design. After completing his education, Jallot started working for renowned furniture houses such as Maison Moderne and La Maîtrise.
