About G. Boldini

Giovanni Boldini (1842-1931) was an Italian painter known for his elegant and glamorous portraits. He was born on December 31, 1842, in Ferrara, Italy.

Boldini began his artistic training at a young age, studying at the Academy of Fine Arts in Florence. He later moved to Paris in 1871, where he would spend the majority of his career and gain international recognition.
