About Paul Laszlo

Paul Laszlo (1900-1993) was a prominent furniture and interior designer known for his innovative and luxurious designs. Born in Budapest, Hungary, Laszlo developed a passion for art and design from an early age. He studied architecture at the Royal Hungarian Academy of Fine Arts and later worked for renowned architect László Vágó.

In 1923, Laszlo moved to the United States and settled in New York City. He quickly established himself as a talented designer, drawing inspiration from both European modernism and American Art Deco styles. Laszlo's work often showcased a blend of clean lines, geometric forms, and exquisite craftsmanship.
