About Jean-Michel Wilmotte

Jean-Michel Wilmotte is a renowned French architect and designer, best known for his contributions to the fields of furniture and decorative arts. Born on April 26, 1948, in Soissons, France, Wilmotte has made a significant impact on the design world through his innovative and functional creations.

Wilmotte studied architecture at the École des Beaux-Arts in Paris, where he developed a deep understanding of the principles of design and aesthetics. After completing his studies, he founded his own architecture firm, Wilmotte & Associés, in 1975. Since its establishment, the firm has grown into an internationally recognized design agency with offices in Paris, London, Venice, Seoul, and Shanghai.
